- WRWWO President handed over the material deposited with the help of railway workers to the NGO
Ahmedabad. Under the guidance of Ahmedabad Divisional Railway Manager Tarun Jain, for the support of the families affected by the corona epidemic, public utility material has been collected from the people by conducting a campaign on behalf of the Mechanical Department. The campaign was conducted under the leadership of Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer Abhishek Kumar Singh. In this, the collection of clothes, utensils, shoes – slippers, toys etc. was done by NGO Jan Satyagraha and Raah Foundation and these goods have been delivered to the needy.
Relief material collected by railway workers
In Ahmedabad division, more than 2500 materials were deposited with the help of the family of railway workers. In this, the railway worker’s family actively cooperated. On 15th August, in the presence of WRWWO President Smt. Geetika Jain and DRM Tarun Jain, the material collected by her hands was handed over to the representatives of NGO Jana Satyagraha Foundation and Rah Foundation. Now NGOs will distribute it to the needy.
During the Kovid epidemic, food grains and life-use items were also distributed among the needy on behalf of the Ahmedabad Divisional Railway Administration. Union leader Sanjay Suryabali gave this information.
