A man, armed with a bow and arrow, was reported in a Norwegian town on Wednesday, killing and wounding several people, officials said.
The evening attack took place in Kongsberg, a town of 26,000 people about 50 miles outside Oslo. One suspect is reported to be in custody.
Police chief Ovind Aas told reporters, “With the information we have now, this person single-handedly carried out these actions.”
