Man arrested in stabbing in downtown Kitchener | globalnews.ca

Waterloo Regional Police say a man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Kitchener on Thursday night.

Police announced on Twitter Friday morning that the man was facing weapons-related charges, while promising more details later.

At around 6 p.m. Thursday, police said on Twitter that officers were on the scene near King Street West and Greene Street for a report of a stabbing.

A few hours later, he said that there were two victims who had been taken to the hospital.
