Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan were named co-CEOs of WWE on Monday following Vince McMahon retires,
WWE and its Board of Directors also announced that Stephanie McMahon has been appointed Chair of the Board, while Khan will remain a member of the Board.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to lead WWE alongside our unmatched management team,” McMahon and Khan said in a joint statement. “We believe this is a tremendous opportunity and responsibility, and we look forward to serving the WWE Universe.”

The company said that Paul Levesque, known in the wrestling ranks as Triple H, “will assume all responsibilities relating to WWE’s creative, in addition to his regular duties.”
Stephanie McMahon is the daughter of Vince McMahon and has been appearing with WWE as an on-screen performer and a high-ranking executive since 1999.

Khan joined WWE in 2020 after spending years as the head of the television department at CAA.
Vince McMahon, who recently Step down as CEO of WWE Following the allegations of misconduct, has announced his retirement from WWE.
“As I turn 77, I think it is time for me to retire as President and CEO of WWE,” he said in a statement.

McMahon’s retirement comes after a July Wall Street Journal report that McMahon Paid Over $12 Million For “pressing allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity” over the past 16 years.

McMahon bought the company from his father in 1982 and turned it into the billion dollar brand it is today.
