Waterloo, Ont. Police say they have reduced time in shooting investigation Globalnews.ca

Waterloo Regional Police has provided an update on the shooting that occurred on December 29, 2022 in Kitchener, Ontario.

Officers were called to an area at Thaler and Kinzie Avenues in the Centerville-Chicopee neighborhood.

Investigators say there was evidence of scuff marks and other damage to windows and doors caused by gunfire.

He says initially he thought the shooting took place between 12:30 and 2:30 a.m.

Investigators say they have now narrowed it down to between 12:45 a.m. and 1 a.m.

They say that a white palanquin may have been seen in the area at the time of the shooting.

Members of the General Investigation Unit are appealing for witnesses and anyone who may have video footage of the incident.
