Two Pakistani Army jawans martyred in Balochistan attack

Rawalpindi: Two Pakistani Army personnel were killed in an attack on a security check post in Kech district of Balochistan. The media wing of the army gave this information on Friday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lance Naik Manjar Abbas, resident of district Khushab, and constable Abdul Fatah, resident of Khuzdar, were martyred while guarding the check post.

The ISPR said that a follow-up operation is on in the area to trace the fleeing terrorists.

“The security forces are committed to defeat such acts of hostile elements aimed at disrupting the peace, stability and progress of Balochistan,” the statement said.
