The Wings beat Fever behind a strong second half from Eric Ogunbowale

Eric Ogunbowale scored 16 of his 22 points in the second half and Dallas Wings beat Indiana Fever in a club-record 12th straight loss, 96-86, on Sunday.

Teyra McCowan finished with 17 points for Dallas (12-15), while Elisha Gray scored 16 points with three steals. Kayla Thornton scored 11 points, eight rebounds and five assists.

Gray scored 10 of his 11 first-half points in the second quarter, helping the Dallas rally to a 45-39 lead at halftime from a 23-17 first-period deficit.

Gray hit a 3-pointer and pushed the lead to 10 1:11 in the third quarter and the Wings were in front from there. Dallas on the road with it improved to .500 seventh victory,

Kelsey Mitchell leads Indiana (5-25) with a season-high 34 points. He added six assists, five rebounds and three steals. Nalyssa Smith added 16 points, while Queen Egbo scored 14. Indiana fell 3-12 at home.
