According to state law enforcement, “The Flash” actor Ezra M. Miller is accused of stealing alcohol from a Vermont home in May while the owners were away.
According to a news release from police, Vermont State Police found the actor probable cause on a felony charge at a secluded residence in downtown Stamford.
On May 1, after receiving information about a possible theft, the police found that several bottles of liquor had been taken from the residence, the release said. Surveillance footage and statements gave the police a possible reason to charge.
Miller, according to the release, but it did not provide any details. The actor, who previously appeared in several DC superhero movies as The Flash, was issued a citation on Sunday, according to state police spokesman Adam Silverman.
Miller has been ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court on September 26 on charges of burglary, the release said.

In March, Miller was arrested in Hilo, Hawaii, and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar, according to police.
