IN THE Sheena Bora murder case, the CBI on Tuesday submitted a list of 92 prosecution witnesses it will be examining in the trial. The witnesses include forensic and medical experts, investigating officials from CBI and Mumbai police, who had earlier probed the case.
CBI has said that this is a probable list and a decision on remaining witnesses will be taken later.
Among those not named in the list is Vidhie Mukerjea, daughter of accused Indrani Mukerjea.
So far, 70 witnesses have been examined in the case.
Mukerjea and her former husbands, Peter Mukerjea and Sanjeev Khanna are facing trial.
