Earlier this month, veteran actress Saira Banu made her debut on the photo-sharing app and since then she has been treating her fans with priceless gems from her life, which often feature her late husband Dilip Kumar. Saira Banu shared a picture of herself from the 1976 film Koi Jeeta Koi Haara and along with it, narrated an interesting story about her alleged “metamorphosis”. Recalling her early days, Saira Banu shared, “It is a vivid memory of my metamorphosis from my debut film in “Junglee” to glamorous roles in “Koi Jeeta Ko Haara”… “Junglee”, was a Hugely successful hit and the first popular Indian Eastman color film… All the great color films so far like “AAN” were processed by Technicolor in London.

Veteran actress Saira Banu made her Instagram debut on the second death anniversary of her late husband, the great Dilip Kumar. His first post was dedicated to the superstar. Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar got married in October 1966. Both the actors have co-starred in several films like Sagina, Bairaag, Gopi and Duniya. Dilip Kumar had an illustrious career spanning over six decades. He was last seen in the film Qila in 1998.
