Florescent, Mr. (KMOV.com) – Police are searching for a missing fluorescent man who they say has uncontrolled symptoms of dementia.
An Endangered Silver advisory has been issued for 78-year-old Don Nguyen. He is described as 5’7″, weighs 130 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, gray sweater, green long-sleeved shirt. Sleeved shirt and dark brown khaki pants.
Officials say he was last seen in a blue 2017 Toyota Corolla with Missouri license plate number VA4J7C leaving a garage at the 1600 block of Boardwalk Avenue in Florescent. He told others that he was driving to Walmart on Highway 67 in Florescent.
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts asked to dial 911.
