Police have charged 45-year-old man milton After the sexual assault investigation.

Peel Regional Police alleged that a 19-year-old victim was sexually assaulted during driving lessons. Police said she was not physically injured.

On Monday, Peel Police arrested 45-year-old Imran Malik from Milton. Police said he was charged with sexual assault and would appear in court “at a later date”.

According to the police, he is not currently an employee of the driving school.

“It is believed that a driving school in Brampton previously employed him; however, he was terminated by the driving school prior to the date of the crime,” Peel Police said in a press release.

Peel regional police said there may be additional victims. The investigation continues.
