Chase University began the show by defeating Schism in an eight-man tag-team match, which nearly saw Duke Hudson turn on his stablemates to join Schism in the middle of the match. However, he double-crossed his opponents and secured the win for Chase University.

In a match for the NXT Women’s Tag-Team Championship, Alba Fair and Isla Dawn took advantage of a miscommunication between the team of Fallon Henley and Kianna James to win for the tag titles.

5). Wes Lee and Gallus retain their titles.

Wes Lee defended his NXT North American Championship in a fatal five-way match, and Gallus was assisted by Joe Coffey in a triple-threat match to retain the NXT Tag-Team Championship. Lee got the best of Dragon Lee, Iza Dragunov and JD McDonagh while Gallus defeated The Creed Brothers and The Family.

4). Indi Hartwell wins the NXT Women’s Championship as Jayne defeats Gigi Dolin

Indy Hartwell Pushes Tiffany Stratton Down The Ladder And Her Three Opponents In A Decisive Matchup NXT Women’s Championship, Hartwell was hurt and battered and had a hard time trying to get up the ladder. Dexter Lumis came out and carried Hartwell on his shoulders and carried him up the ladder to regain the championship.
Earlier in the match, the feud between Jessie Jayne and Gigi Dolin continued. Dolin appeared to be within reach of the championship when Jayne appeared out of nowhere and pushed him off the ladder. The tag-team once known as Toxic Attraction is dead and buried but their heat remains. Jayne as he walked back up the entrance ramp.
3). Johnny Gargano takes revenge on Grayson Waller
In a rejected match, Johnny Gargano and Grayson Waller went toe-to-toe receiving almost every weapon involved in the fight. Gargano would put Waller on the chairs. As Waller taunted Gargano’s wife Candice LeRae, she also joined in and hit Waller several times with a kendo stick. Gargano would eventually go on to win the match.
2). Tiffany Stratton goes extreme.
Tiffany Stratton has pulled out all the stops in her pursuit of capturing the NXT Women’s Championship. In a six-woman ladder match for the title, Stratton was on top of the ladder when Indy Hartwell came to topple her off the ladder. But as Stratton was falling, she decided to leap and take out three other opponents on the bottom – Roxanne Perez, Zoey Stark and Lyra Valkyria.
Stratton appeared to be writhing in pain as she fell to the ground. Hartwell used the moment to his advantage and – with the help of Dexter Lumis – climbed the ladder and won the championship.

1). Carmelo Hayes stunned Braun Breaker to win the NXT Championship.
Carmelo Hayes got help from Trick Williams when his valet hit Braun Breaker with the NXT Championship belt but Breaker managed to fight. Breaker hit a spear and a Frankensteiner but Hayes didn’t go down. In the end, Hayes made an incredible breeze on his Nothing But Net finishing maneuver and beat the breaker for a 1-2-3.
After the match, Breaker showed some respect for Hayes, handing over NXT’s reins to the next Superstar and possibly foreshadowing Breaker’s eventual debut on the WWE main roster.
