Continuing the report, the BJP MLA made derogatory remarks on the comedian saying, “In the past also, our stupid minister KTR offered police protection and invited him saying that his program would be a huge success. But still When Hindu groups united across Telangana to threaten him, they got scared and canceled the programme.”
He further said in his statement, ‘Look what will happen if they invite him (Farooqui). Wherever the program takes place, we will go and beat him up. Whoever gives him a place, we will burn him. If anything goes wrong, KTR and the government and police will be responsible. We will definitely beat him and send him back if he comes to Telangana, it is a challenge.”
