Meta for Facebook creators to make money for videos with music

meta platform Facebook will let content creators make money from licensed music videos from Monday as a company accelerates its efforts To take on rival TikTok, the popular video-sharing app.

According to the company’s blog post, creators on Facebook will receive 20% of the revenue share through in-stream ads on videos longer than 60 seconds and using a song from the platform’s licensed music catalog. Meta and songs rights holders will get a separate share.
