A man armed with a bow and arrow was killed and several injured in a Norwegian town on Wednesday, officials said.
The evening attack took place in Kongsberg, a city of 26,000 people about 50 miles from Oslo. One accused is reported to be in custody.
“With the information we have now, this man single-handedly carried out these actions,” police chief Ovind Aas told reporters.
