Major incident declared as human remains found at site of Manchester warehouse fire

A major incident has been declared by police after human remains were found at a warehouse in Greater Manchester where a huge fire broke out almost three months ago.

Demolition workers found the remains at the commercial building Bismark House, in Oldham.

In May, firefighters took four days to extinguish a huge blaze in the building. It was believed that no one was inside the warehouse but later it was found that four people have been missing.

Last week, Greater Manchester Police received a report that four Vietnamese nationals have been missing since the fire.

Investigations are now ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact police with any relevant information.
