Invoked cost of Rs 50,000: Gujarat HC dismisses ‘frivolous luxury litigation’

A division bench of the Gujarat High Court headed by Chief Justice Arvind Kumar on Tuesday dismissed a “frivolous luxury litigation” related to the Dakor municipal election dispute involving costs payable to the chief minister. COVID-19 Relief fund.
