Although many of us have been obsessing over this combination for years, it is not healthy. Rajma is rich in iron and curd is high in calcium. This is not a healthy combination when taken together.

Calcium and iron are two important nutrients that your body needs for many functions. However, it is important to take these nutrients separately. In a recent Instagram post, Gurugram-based nutritionist Lima Mahajan explained how calcium, when consumed with iron, halves the absorption of plant protein.
