Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said on Sunday that federal policymakers should consider a temporary gasoline-tax holiday to ease the burden of rising fuel prices.
“Gas prices have risen significantly and this is clearly putting a burden on households,” she said on ABC’s “This Week.” “It’s an idea that’s definitely worth considering.”
