Christopher Miller, who was Defense Secretary during the January 6 riots, met with members of the House committee is investigating The origins of the attack on the Capitol, a source familiar with the panel’s activities, told NBC News.
The meeting took place when the committee intensified its investigation, issue more summons and requesting several GOP lawmakers to testify voluntarily.
It was not immediately clear what Miller discussed with the panel.
