Europe, called the Old Continent, to express its antiquity in the colonization of the world. Other continents are older than them: Asia and Africa, for the sake of old and historical obsolescence. Because the original home of man and ancient civilizations belonged to Western Asia, the Arabian Peninsula, Southeast Asia, Indonesia or East Africa, but Europe, some researchers believe, entered a phase of population aging, and youth and youth ended with the phase of the second war in 1945 AD.
Today, Europe is facing the worst of political, economic and food security for a number of reasons, the most prominent of which are:
The war between Russia and Ukraine continues.
Russia’s oil and gas is at a standstill.
Wheat fodder cut from Ukraine.
Consequences and impact of corona on the local economy.
– The rise in temperature exceeded 40 degrees and this summer had an impact on tourism and the economy.
– The fire claimed forests, displaced families and entire families, and increased the number of deaths due to heat and fire.
Therefore, Europe is passing through a very difficult period with a crisis that will affect it for years, and life may become more difficult if the events of the Russo-Ukrainian War are accompanied by new countries from Eastern Europe joining the war in Ukraine. and that fires require 50 years to replenish forests, fields and open fields, will affect food security, weather, rainfall and the economy, and will have negative effects on crops, projects and agricultural production.
It is expected that the impact of the Ukrainian wheat decline, fires in Europe and the reduction of oil and gas supplies will have a negative impact on many countries of the world, including the Arab world. Therefore, Arab countries must move forward and introduce solutions to face the shortage of basic food items. As food security is at risk, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries have learned many lessons from the coronavirus crisis, including disruptions to maritime shipping, and drug and food shortages.
