In Colorado’s first official team meeting since the mass exodus of players to the transfer portal, Buffalo head coach Deion Sanders Gave a powerful message to his team about achieving “success” and making it in the NFL.
Sanders, who previously served as head coach jackson state, According to ESPN, around 50 players have left the team since their arrival in December and in total more than 70 players have entered the transfer portal since August.

However, despite the massive overhaul, Sanders is still committed to turning around a program that went just 1-11 last season.

“Success is something, actually a quality or goal that you set for yourself and you achieve or achieve it – with discipline and regularity. That’s success,” Sanders wrote on the YouTube account “Well of Media”. said in a video posted on Twitter, which is run by his son.

“Victory and Success” [are] Two different things,” he continued. “Winning is something you do that impresses other men. Because that’s not what success does.”

“But we will win. That is the goal.”
Sanders is well aware of what it takes to succeed, but also twice as super bowl championAn eight-time Pro Bowler, and one-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, Sanders cautioned his players that success is not defined by becoming a professional.
“You are here for a common goal, and that is to win and have success for you,” he said.
“I want you all to go pro but nine times out of 10 it’s not going to happen. But that doesn’t negate the fact that you can be successful. The richest men in America never played ball.”

Despite the roster shakeup, expectations are still high for Sanders. Just last week, Colorado sold 11,273 single-game tickets, the largest one-day total for individual games in team history. The university had previously run out of its season-ticket allocation for the first time since 1996.
“Let’s work on dominating and it starts today,” Sanders said during the meeting. “Be on time, be aware, do what you’re supposed to do, and let’s make this work.”
