A British mother was stunned when she realized her parenting style was criticized Whoopi Goldberg After using a video posted by him online of the presenter in the US show.

She was surprised to hear from a follower that a video of her was featured on the daytime talk show The View, then was shocked to see host Whoopi Goldberg mocking her.
Whoopi Goldberg, who is one of the program’s hosts, couldn’t stop laughing at Kelly’s advice, which included talking to her kids instead of yelling at them.
‘No, get down. You can try things like, “Please put your feet on the floor”. This creates a more positive spin when descending.
‘Either you can put your feet on the floor or mommy can help you, which one would you prefer?’
But American actor and presenter Whoopi absorbed Kelly, making it clear that she was not a fan of his style of parenting.
Business owner Kelly said: ‘When I first realized I would be joining Whoopi’s show I was really happy because I thought, “It’s great for gentle parenting”, because it was finally about I was being talked about.
Kelly (pictured with son George) says she was completely unaware that her video was to be used on The View, and learned that it was shown by a bystander.
Now the mother says she has reached out to The View, and asked if she can discuss the viral video with them, but has yet to hear back.
‘But, I pressed the drama and I was greeted by Whoopi Goldberg patronizing and laughing.
‘Panel Poo-Pood Gentle Parenting. I was disappointed because I thought at least one of them must have seen where I was coming from.
‘As soon as Whoopi set the tone, the rest of them, like the sheep, followed suit.
Kelly has explained that her videos on gentle parenting are not meant to be critical of other parents, but to show them that there are different parenting styles.
‘It’s a very touching topic as older parents who didn’t know what gentle parenting was defensive and say ‘I didn’t do anything wrong’ or ‘my baby is totally fine’.
‘This is not to criticize those parents, it’s just to say that there is another way. I still discipline my child and I tell him no.
‘Screaming and saying no can be very powerful. It’s even more effective with my style because I don’t yell all the time.
‘So, if I shout or say no it means it is urgent or emergency and he takes it seriously.
One of the presenters claimed that she didn’t have time for gentle parenting, but continued to list the wonderful things her baby does such as sitting in her urine and getting water out of the bath.
‘Maybe her parenting style isn’t working, so why not try gentle parenting?’
Whoopi can be seen in a laughing stock as she begins the segment by saying: ‘A mother on TikTok is going viral as she is making the case for so called gentle parenting, where you say no to your child. are beyond.’
The American star, who was suspended from The View for two weeks earlier this year for saying the Holocaust was not about race, continues to roast producers by saying: ‘Honestly. Is this really a realistic approach when your kids are acting out?’
Kelly was completely unaware that her videos were to be used on the show and says she would love to join Whoopi on the show and discuss parenting styles.
She said: ‘I didn’t know it was going to be used, they took it off my social media.
‘ A follower commented on my video saying I was on The View and sent me a link.
‘I have another gentle parenting friend who is based in America and she said it’s a very toxic show.
‘They use controversial topics that deviate their audience to get views.
‘I reached out to him and offered to take a zoom call but I haven’t heard anything yet.’
