Jalandhar, June 15
Delhi Chief Minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal along with his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann on Wednesday flagged off luxury buses for the Indira Gandhi International Airport from here.
The flag hoisting ceremony took place at the local Shaheed Bhagat Singh Inter-State Bus Terminal. Teams from Chandigarh and New Delhi had come here on Monday to check the arrangements and inspect the site. The DC and the Commissioner of Police also reviewed the arrangements.
Earlier in the day, the mini bus operator protested at the local bus stand regarding their demands.
