Third: Acceptance of a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the field of radio and television between the Radio and Television Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Information in the Sultanate of Oman.
Fourth: authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zakat, Taxes and Customs Authority – or his representative – to sign a draft agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the United States on customs matters of the US on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance, and then submit the final signed copy to complete regulatory procedures. Fifth: Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) to promote the spread of technical awareness and enrichment of technical Arabic content.
Sixth: authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, the Chairman of the Family Affairs Council – or his representative – to discuss with the United Arab Emirates the draft Memorandum of Understanding between the Council of Family Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the General Women’s Association in UAE in the field of women’s affairs, and sign it and then upload the final signed copy to complete the statutory procedures.
Seventh: Acceptance of an agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Hungary in the field of air transport services.
Eighth: Approval of controlling and anti-corruption authority joining Karen Network as an observer.
Ninth: The Presidency of State Security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the acceptance of a cooperation agreement between each of: the State Security Service in the Kingdom of Kuwait, the National Intelligence Service in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the General Directorate of National Police in the Republic of Djibouti on terrorism crimes and in the area of countering its financing.
Tenth: Amendment in the organization of the Prince Sultan Center for Defense Studies and Research, issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (339) dated 16/8/1437 AH, as stated in the decision.
Eleventh: In the matter of approval of the form for the allocation of Saline Water Conversion Corporation, the cabinet resolution number (32) dated 11/1/1441, which was said in the clause (first) of AH, suspending the work and transferring all the water The ownership of production, transport and storage assets – directly or indirectly – to or entrusted to the Brackish Water Conversion Corporation and owned by the State, to the Water Solutions Company – wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund – or any of its subsidiaries .
Twelfth: Grant of license to the Bank of Jordan to open a branch for carrying on banking business in the Kingdom.
XIII: Cancellation of the Social Charitable Fund established by Royal Decree No. (K / 41362) dated 10/25/1423 AH, and cancel its organization issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (85) dated 3/22/1431 AH, and transferred Do all the missions, functions, assets and employees of the Fund for Development Bank Social.
Fourteenth: Acceptance of guidelines guiding businesses to offer and purchase and their implementation in companies owned by the state – or any government agency thereof – or in which (50 percent) of their capital exceeds.
