Alwar rape: Mentally challenged girl displaced from rectum, CM Gehlot orders probe – India Times Hindi News

In Alwar, a mentally challenged minor girl was operated upon on Wednesday at a hospital in Jaipur after she was found with injury marks in her private part. Police said that prima facie it seems to be a case of rape but something can be said only after the report of the medical jurist.

Jaipur Range IG Sanjay Shotriya visited Alwar on Wednesday regarding the matter and issued necessary instructions to the local police. At the same time, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has sought a report from DGP ML Lather in this matter and demanded a detailed investigation.

A 14-year-old girl lying on the road near Tijara Gate was missing from her house for several hours on Tuesday night at around 9. He was bleeding and was admitted to the district hospital from where he was referred to JK Lone Hospital in Jaipur last night.

Dr Arvind Shukla, superintendent of JK Lone Hospital-Jaipur, said the injury was deep and the operation took about two-and-a-half hours. He said that the girl’s rectum has been displaced and a hole has been made in her abdomen so that the stool can come out.

Shukla said that the girl was mentally deranged and could not even speak properly. He said the medical jurist’s report would make it clear whether the injury was caused by sexual assault or something else.

Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena, Industries Minister Shakuntala Rawat and Women and Child Welfare Minister Mamta Bhupesh met the girl at the hospital and inquired about her health from the doctors. Meena later said that the girl was out of danger and the hospital has been directed to provide her proper treatment and care.

He said that the complete treatment of the girl child will be free and arrangements have also been made for her family members to stay and eat. Industries Minister Shakuntala Rawat said that financial help will be given to the victim from the state government.

On the other hand, the Alwar police has not got any clue in this incident so far. Alwar SP Tejaswani Gautam said that different teams have been formed to investigate the matter.

Around 150 CCTV cameras of the area were checked and 3-4 suspects were questioned, but there is no clarity. The girl is mentally weak and is unable to speak properly. He said that a psychologist and professionals treating such children have been contacted to talk to the victim.

Another police officer said that around 4 pm on Tuesday evening, the girl’s family members saw that she was missing. They searched for the girl and when she was not found, they reached the police check post. Meanwhile, she was found near Tijara Gate, about 25 km from her house.

Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has attacked the state government regarding this incident. He said that the incident has not only embarrassed Rajasthan but also exposed the poor law and order situation under the Congress government.

Every day daughters are falling prey to lust in the state, but the government has become zero. He tweeted, Atrocities on daughters cannot be tolerated. Raje said that Rajasthan has become number one in the country in terms of crime against women and demanded strict action from the state government.

BJP state president Satish Poonia said that this is a horrific and shameful incident. He said that the Ashok Gehlot government is not listening to the screams of the victims and the poor. Taking a jibe at Priyanka Gandhi, who was in Rajasthan’s Ranthambore with her family members today, she asked if she would be able to celebrate her birthday in peace today.

Priyanka ji come out of political tourism. Nautanki in UP and tourism in Rajasthan, will you not listen to the screams of daughters and sisters of Rajasthan? Will you celebrate your birthday in peace? Poonia tweeted. Poonia had also constituted a four-member committee to probe the matter.

The committee includes party’s national secretary Alka Gurjar, Dausa MP Jaskaur Meena, BJP State Mahila Morcha President Alka Mundra and MLA and chief spokesperson Ramlal Sharma. Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) convener and Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal also demanded action against the accused.

He said that this is a very shameful incident and the state government should take prompt action to arrest the accused involved in this crime.
