Mohammed Shami was subjected to trolling after the Indian pacer returned the figures of 0/43 in 3.5 overs. Shami had a poor outing on Sunday as Pakistan completed a target of 152 in his over with Mohammad Rizwan accumulating the Indian pacer in all parts of the Dubai ground.
Amidst all the unfortunate and shameful trolling, an old video of Mohammed Shami has surfaced, in which Shami bravely confronted a Pakistani bullied after the 2017 pacer lost to Pakistan.
In the video, the Indian team can be seen rising up the stairs as Pakistan fans hurled derogatory remarks at them.

While the players can be seen walking quietly, in the video a Pakistani fan can be heard loudly calling the Indian team ‘Baap kaun hai’, only Shami had the guts to face the bullying Pakistanis. In the video, MS Dhoni is also seen trying to pacify Shami.
Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma can also be seen in the video.
Meanwhile, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has asked the BJP government at the Center whether it condemns those trolling Indian pacer Mohammed Shami on social media after India’s defeat at the hands of Pakistan in Sunday’s Twenty20 World Cup match. .
“There are 11 players in the team and only one Muslim but you are still targeting him. Win or lose is part of the game. One team wins and the other team loses but the way a player gets trolled on social media. And the rubbish being said about him shows how communalism and hatred has spread. Who is responsible for this,” he asked during an interaction with media persons.
